[2025](https://support.konexus.com/release-notes?hsLang=en#2025) # April 2025 Release Notes: Updates & Enhancements! ## Product Updates - April 2025 ### Release **25.36.1** - Release Candidate (April 24, 2025) ### Improvements and Optimizations - - Contacts who have been deleted no longer appear on the Unsubscribe Report’s Voice and SMS tabs. - Fixed an issue that caused the Delivery Recipients of sent alerts to be displayed out of alphabetical order. ### Release **25.36.0** - Release Candidate (April 24, 2025) ### Improvements and Optimizations - - We are pleased to announce an update to the Unsubscribe Report. The **Voice** and **SMS** tabs have been enhanced to provide additional details regarding unsubscribed phone numbers. The following improvements have been made: - **Phone Type**: Each unsubscribed number will now display the type of phone associated with it (e.g., cell, business). - **Source Information**: The source responsible for the unsubscribing the phone number is now included in the report, providing greater clarity on the origin of the action. ### Release **25.35.0** - Release Candidate (April 23, 2025) ### **Improvements to Channel Message Customization** - - **Delivery Methods Affected:** Text, Voice, Facebook, Twitter, Nextdoor - This update introduces several enhancements to improve clarity, control, and usability when customizing messages across multiple delivery methods: - **Visibility of Customizations:** A new notice now appears above the rich text editor when any channel has a customized message. This helps users quickly identify when custom content is in use. - **Explicit Button for Custom Messages:** Users must now explicitly enable or disable message customization for each delivery method via a new button. This makes the customization state more intuitive and prevents accidental edits. - **Cleaner UI by Default:** Text input fields for delivery method specific messages are now hidden unless message customization is turned on. This reduces visual clutter and simplifies the editing experience. - **Improved Error Handling:** Client-side validation now detects and displays errors related to accidental message truncation, ensuring that users are aware of potential delivery issues before publishing. ### Release **25.34.0** - Release Candidate (April 21, 2025) ### Improvements and Optimizations - - Phone numbers that are marked as unreachable by our third-party provider will automatically be marked as 'Unreachable' and will not receive future alerts. ### Release **25.32.0** - Release Candidate (April 10, 2025) ### Improvements and Optimizations - - The ability to geocode by selected contacts has been added. After choosing 'None' from the Geocode Users dialog, an 'Add Contacts' button appears. ### Release **25.31.0** - Release Candidate (April 9, 2025) ### Improvements and Optimizations - - An issue that occasionally prevented a poll sender from using Reply All functionality to reply to poll recipients has been addressed. - The Past Alerts page for public content has been updated to provide improved readability on a mobile device. ### Release **25.30.0** - Release Candidate (April 2, 2025) ### Improvements and Optimizations - - An issue was fixed that could have resulted in duplicate voice calls if an ETN recipient had the same phone number as a Voice recipient on the same alert. - The 'Legacy Weather Configuration' checkbox has been removed from the Public Signup Form Configuration page. -
