The Contact Import page provides step-by-step instructions for uploading both Public and Internal contacts to the system with an easier to use navigation.
Accessing the Contact Import Page
There are two ways to navigate to the Contact Import page:
- From the Public Contacts or Internal Contacts directory, click Contact List Upload
- From the Directories section in the navigation, click Import Contacts
Once on the page, upload guidelines and import options are available to walk you through the process.
