Release 26.19.0 - Release Candidate (February 20, 2026)

Improvements and Optimizations

    • Resolved an issue in the Recipients section of the Send Alert form that could have prevented child groups from initially appearing.

Release 26.18.0 - Release Candidate (February 18, 2026)

Improvements and Optimizations

    • Recipients added under the 'Individual Recipient' section on the Send Alert form can now opt out of receiving future SMS and voice alert messages.

    • The Usage Dashboard and Usage Events pages have been updated with a label informing administrators that usage data is refreshed daily and may not reflect today's activity.

    • The link to the Configure Public Signup Groups page has been removed. Public signup groups can be configured from the Public Groups page.

    • Users can now copy existing custom alert and poll templates directly from the Templates page.
    • Fixed a bug that allowed files without an extension to be uploaded via the File Management and Send Alert pages.
    • The pie chart that appears on a sent alert’s ETN delivery tab now correctly reflects the aggregated results of ETN calls.

Enhanced Weather Alerting Support

    • We've expanded our weather alerting capabilities to include the following additional event types:

      • Cold Weather (WinterStorm)

      • Debris Flow (Flood)

      • Ashfall (Marine)

      • Dense Smoke (Marine)

      • Snow Squall (WinterStorm)

      • Storm Surge (Coastal)

    • Users can now receive alerts for these weather conditions, providing more comprehensive coverage for safety and planning purposes.

Copy Custom Alert Form Functionality

We've enhanced the Custom Alert Form page with a new time-saving feature that allows you to duplicate existing forms.

What's New:

    • Users can now copy existing custom alert forms directly from the Custom Alert Form page.
    • This feature streamlines the process of creating similar alert forms by allowing you to duplicate an existing alert form and modify it as needed.
    • Saves time when setting up multiple alert forms with similar fields.

Benefits:

    • Faster alert form creation workflow.
    • Reduced risk of configuration errors when creating similar alert forms.
    • Improved efficiency for administrators managing multiple alert forms.
