Custom Callback Numbers - How to Register with Hiya

Follow the steps below to register your callback number/business with Hiya to reduce the risk of your calls being labelled as spam.

  1. Go to Hiya and click create free account.

  2. Fill out the requested information. (First/Last name, business email address, and password.)

  3. Verify your email address, then login to your account.

  4. Continue to the next page and enter the rest of the required business information.

  5. At the bottom, select “Only my Business” under I manage phone numbers for…

  6. Continue to the next page, and manually enter the phone number assigned by Konexus.

  7. Leave Branded Call Unchecked.
  8. Add a Registration job name (Optional). This can be the assigned CNAM for the given number.
  9. Submit.
