How to Enable and Manage Multiple Identity Providers
An Identity Provider (IdP) is a trusted service that verifies who you are so other applications don't have to.
Common examples: Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Okta, Google Workspace, Ping Identity.
Enabling Multiple Identity Providers
Please contact your Account Manager or the Konexus Support Team for help enabling the Multiple Identity Providers feature.
Identity Provider Management
Once the feature is enabled, and a Single Sign On (SSO) integration has been established, you will have access to the Identity Providers Dashboard.
From this view, you can:
- View Available Identity Providers
- Filter Admins assigned to a given IDP

To have additional Identity Providers added to the system, please contact Konexus Support or your Account Manager.
Modifying an Administrator's Assigned Identity Provider
From the Manage Admins Page, a new drop down will be available below the User Account table. You can update the Identity Provider associated with the admin by selecting the desired provider and clicking "Save" in the top right corner of the page.
