Release 26.47.0 - Release Candidate (May 21, 2026)
Security Enhancement: Password Reuse No Longer Permitted
We've strengthened account security by preventing users from reusing previous passwords when updating their credentials.
What's changing
When you change your password, you will no longer be able to set it to a password you've used before. The system will check your new password against your password history and reject any that match a previous entry.
What this means for you
- If you reset or change your password, you must choose one that is new and unique.
- Attempting to reuse a previous password will display an error prompting you to choose a different one.
- Existing passwords are not affected — this change applies only when a password is being updated.
