## Mobile App Updates - May 27, 2025

### New Features

- **Alert Receipt Acknowledgment:** 
    - Users can now enable alert receipt confirmation for both mobile app and email recipients, enhancing accountability and response tracking. To activate this feature, please reach out to Customer Support.
- **Microsoft Teams Integration** 
    - Konexus now offers seamless integration with Microsoft Teams, enabling organizations to send urgent notifications directly through the collaboration platform your team uses every day. To activate this feature, please reach out to Customer Support.

### Improvements and Optimizations

- **Sender Survey Enhancements**  
  We’ve introduced key improvements to the Sender Survey feature to ensure greater accuracy and user experience:
  
    - **Robust validation** for all incoming survey responses that verifies the responses match the survey questions.
    - **Real-Time Error Notifications**: Users will receive immediate alerts in both mobile and web applications if a validation issue occurs, along with clear instructions to resolve any submission errors.
