Fixed an issue where removing groups from a contact by a locked-in administrator could also remove groups the administrator did not have access to view. Now, only the selected groups are removed from the contact, as intended.

When sending a Reply All alert, the Recipients section on the Send Alert form now displays tooltips for contacts and groups they are restricted from seeing. Additionally, the labels “Missing Group” and “Missing User” have been updated to “Unknown Group“ and “Unknown User“ to provide clearer details in the interface.
