      Improvements and Optimizations

      • We are introducing enhanced scheduled alerting features over the next few weeks. To learn more information, please visit this link: https://support.konexus.com/new-create-scheduled-alerts. If you would like to use the improved scheduled alerting functionality now, please contact customer support.

      • Resolved an issue that caused the email icon in the Recipients section of the Alert Details page to reflect that an email had been sent to unsubscribed contacts, when in fact an email was not sent to unsubscribed contacts.

      • Admins can now save a reference to one of their internal hosted map from their organization's ArcGIS account. This allows any layers saved to the referenced map to be displayed  and available for selection when creating an alerting area for a WEA or EAS message. If you would like to utilize this new feature, please contact Konexus support for more information.
