- An issue has been fixed that occasionally caused a role to fail to apply the permissions intended by two 'InternalUseOnly' permissions. This resulted in an administrator having access to the 'Send Internal Alert' form, rather than the 'Send Alert' form.

- If a citizen provides no first name when signing up to receive weather alerts or community notifications, we will now use their email address in place of the first name when viewing their Public Signup or Contact details.

Administrators using the new Contact Management experience now have visibility into the reason why a contact has unsubscribed from receiving email notifications when viewing a contact's details.

Resolved an issue where the User Type for a Contact did not automatically default to 'Public' when creating a new contact from the Public Contacts page using the new Contact Management experience.
- To opt out of receiving emails, users are now required to click a confirmation button after clicking the Unsubscribe link from an email.

- An issue was resolved that caused the words "Poll Responses" to appear on the Send Alert form.

- The poll form on the web application now has a character counter to inform the poll creator how many characters are allowed for a poll, and to warn them when they have exceeded the 1,500 character limit.
- Icons have been updated in the Message section of the Send Alert form and in the Poll section of the Send Poll form. The Preview icon was updated on both of these forms.

A confirmation dialog now displays after removing a group member while viewing a group using the new layout. In addition, the trash can icon that was used to remove a group member has been replaced with a Remove button.
- The message that displays when no Alert or Poll templates exist has been updated for clarity.

- The performance of Sending Alerts has been improved. These recent improvements are especially noticeable when sending alerts to a large number of contacts.
- An issue that caused the Sent time to display incorrectly for Emergency Telephone Notification (ETN) alerts has been addressed. The Sent time is shown in the Delivery Results section of the Alert Details page.
- Fixed an issue where phone calls that had not gone out yet were being made after an ETN alert was cancelled or had expired.
- The Contacts page and the Ungrouped Members page now provide the ability to sort contacts by 'Agency/Business'.
- When a scheduled alert fails to send, an email will be sent to the creator of the scheduled alert to inform them that there was an issue.
- The wording that appears after a citizen signs up to receive weather alerts or community notifications has been modified for clarity.
- A new ‘File Import’ section has been added to the web application. SFTP Upload, Import History, and Configuration pages are now available to administrators with the proper permissions.
- Agencies can now add a generic email that can optionally be used in when sending an IPAWS alert.
