Scale Images when Sending Alerts

Sometimes if your image is extremely large, it may not scale on mobile devices. Follow these steps to scale your image.

From the Send Alert form, the Rich Text Editor allows Administrators to add images to be received by mobile app, email and web page view (add link to message).

If you notice that your images are not scaling for full view on mobile, email or web, you can scale the image within the Rich Text Editor.

1. Highlight the image
   
2. Click "Styles"
   
3. Choose Banner if you want your image to size across the top of the alert
   
4. Now your image will scale on all devices as shown in the preview
