To access Usage Reporting, navigate to the Reports section located on the left-hand navigation menu. Once the Report Dashboard loads, Administrators gain comprehensive visibility into platform utilization.
The dashboard provides clear breakdowns of Emergency versus Non-Emergency alerts, detailed monthly usage trends, and total usage metrics that align with your organization’s contract provisions. Additionally, usage data is segmented by individual Administrator, supporting accountability and streamlined management of alerting activities. This enables organizations to monitor communication effectiveness, identify patterns, and ensure compliance with internal protocols and contractual limits.
Administrators also have access to detailed information about their current contract limits, including service period dates and remaining usage allowances. With the ability to download comprehensive usage reports, teams can easily track consumption and plan proactively for renewals or upgrades. The platform further enhances visibility by displaying which administrator is performing specific actions within the system, fostering transparency, supporting effective audit trails, and enabling quick identification of key users for follow-up or additional training.
Administrators will soon be able to subscribe to receive overage notifications directly from the Dashboard. This feature will provide real-time alerts, enabling proactive management of usage limits and ensuring compliance.
