Troubleshooting
Change Password option is not visible
If you do not see Change Password in the Account dropdown, your account may be configured to use Single Sign-On (SSO). SSO users must manage their passwords through their identity provider (such as Okta, Azure AD, or Google Workspace). Contact your IT team for assistance.
Error: Current password is incorrect
Ensure you are entering your current active password. If you have forgotten it, use the Forgot Password link on the login screen to request a reset email as usual.
Error: New password does not meet requirements
Review your organization's password policy. Common causes include insufficient length, missing character types, or reuse of a recent password. Try a new combination that meets all listed criteria.
