Konexus now integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Teams, allowing organizations to deliver urgent notifications directly through the collaboration platform your team already uses daily.

Konexus Microsoft Teams Integration

This Integration will allow alert originators to send messages to contacts via a new alert delivery method.  

Enable the Microsoft Teams delivery method.

Recipients can be selected by group or individual contact, similar to other alert delivery methods. Messages will be sent directly to each recipient through the Teams Integration, once installed.

The following screenshot shows a message as it is received in Microsoft Teams from Konexus.
