Improvements and Optimizations

• The ability to resend alerts has been added to the mobile platform.

• Alert senders can edit the map selection layers when a map selection is present in the alert (from a template or a resend).

• Alert senders can view and customize the sender information (name, email, brand) when the alert form contains the Sender field.
