Release 24.85.2 - Release Candidate (November 19, 2024)

Improvements and Optimizations

    • An issue managing and sending to X (formerly Twitter) due to recent unannounced changes to their API has been resolved.

Improvements and Optimizations

    • An issue has been addressed that could have caused a text message to not be sent if a cell phone number was also saved in another phone field for the same contact.

Release 24.85.0 - Release Candidate (November 7, 2024)

Improvements and Optimizations

    • The Unsubscribed tab on the Alert Details page has been updated with a link to the Unsubscribe Report.
    • The Text Message and Voice tabs on the Alert Details page have been updated with links to additional information about delivery statuses.
    • Email and Text Message delivery status have been added to the file created by exporting a sent alert’s email and text message delivery results from the Alert Details page.
    • An issue was resolved on Public Content pages that could have caused the expired date to display incorrectly.
    • An issue has been addressed that could have caused a home or business call to not be made if the cell phone number was the same as the home or business number.
