      Improvements and Optimizations

      • When creating a new administrator from the Administrator Password Details page, the Roles dropdown will no longer have a default role selected.
      • Fixed an issue where a public subscriber was not properly re-subscribed for text messages in the system after unsubscribing via text and subsequently re-subscribing.
