Product Updates - April 2024

- Users can view their authentication event log from the app Support menu. This can be shared with Support to help diagnose authentication issues and/or unexpected logouts.
- The ability to refresh Poll Results while viewing an active sent poll has been added.

- The ability to geocode users after uploading a file from the Member List Upload page has been added. In order to use this feature, check the box labeled, “Geocode Users After Upload?” In order to geocode existing users, the ‘Update member attributes?’ checkbox will also need to be checked.
- The ability to geocode users after uploading an SFTP Members file has been added. In order to use this feature, an administrator with access to the SFTP Configuration page will need to check the box labeled, “Geocode After Member Updates”.
- A bug was fixed on the Groups page that resulted in the “Added On” date appearing in UTC time.
- A defect was fixed that allowed an administrator who is locked into a child group to remove the parent group from the child group. This caused them to lose visibility to the child group. A locked-in administrator is no longer allowed to remove a parent group from being associated with a child group.

- An issue was resolved that caused the email sent from an alert to occasionally display the subject incorrectly.
- An issue was fixed on the Alert Default Settings page that caused the Incident dropdown to appear for an administrator without the proper permission.
- The email subject for an email sent from our IPAWS system was updated to be "New IPAWS <Endpoint> Message" rather than "New Cap Message." This allows a user to glance at the email subject and immediately know if it is a LIVE or DEMO message before reading the rest of the email.
- An issue was fixed for locked-in administrators viewing a group’s details. When a locked-in administrator was viewing a group whose parent they did not have permission to see, the Parent Group name displayed as “Loading”. The Parent Group name now displays as “Hidden” in this case.
- A bug was fixed where, after adding an address to a contact, the address displayed as 'New Address' until the changes were saved and the page was refreshed.

- The SFTP Configuration page now allows administrators to add up to two email addresses to be notified when an SFTP upload is successful or produces an error.
- A bug was fixed on the Current Admin Logins page that caused the number of visits and the Last Visit date to be incorrect. In addition, an issue was resolved that occasionally caused the username to display an incorrect value.
- Users that have never logged in no longer appear on the Current Admin Logins page.
- Changes were made that affect the Group Management experience for locked-in administrators. Such users are now required to choose a parent group when creating a new group. In addition, issues were resolved that prevented locked-in administrators from being able to update a group's name or description or add a linked group.
- A change was made to the Update Reminder Status page. Locked-in administrators now only see update reminders that they themselves sent.

- A tooltip has been added to the Account button to display the logged-in user’s name and username, along with the name and id of the tenant to which they belong. This information can also be accessed by clicking on the Account button.

- Each poll option with at least one response now has an icon displayed in the Poll Results section of a sent poll. This clarifies that the poll option can be expanded to display details about those who have chosen that option.
- The Email Templates menu item is no longer available. If you need assistance, please contact Customer Support.

- A problem has been fixed where an image pasted into the rich text editor while creating an alert would occasionally not show up in emails.
