Product Updates - February 2024

- An issue was resolved that resulted in IPAWS user permissions failing to load in the Alert Permissions section when there were numbers or special characters in the certificate configuration name.
- The Options-Settings page has been deprecated and is no longer accessible. Administrators with the appropriate permission can access the information that was available on the Options-Settings page while viewing or editing the default brand.

- Clarification has been added to the ‘Delete Group Members from System’ process. An administrator with access to the new Group Management experience who clicks the ‘Delete Group Members from System’ button while viewing a group’s details is now presented with a pop up explaining that the members of the group will be deleted from the system and that this action cannot be undone.

- An issue was resolved that occasionally caused the text message or email status to display incorrectly for a sent alert on the Alert Details page.
- An issue was fixed that caused a scheduled alert to inaccurately appear in the list of Alerts Sent prior to the alert actually being sent.

- Spell check has been added to the rich text editor on the Send Alert and Send Poll pages.

- The ability to search for groups while adding a contact to a group has been added to the Contacts details page.

- An issue that occasionally caused a contact's address to not be displayed when viewing contact details with the new Contact Management experience has been resolved.

- A problem has been fixed that could have potentially hindered the ability to send an alert from the mobile app in some cases when the reply-to email of the brand being used in the alert had no value.

- The Contact Management and Group Management experiences have been enhanced to deliver an improved user experience. To enable this new experience, please contact Customer Support.

- Brand administrators now have the ability to preview brand details while creating or updating a brand.

- For customers using our branding feature, the subject on the Send Alert and Send Poll forms and on the Alert and Poll template forms now defaults to blank if the chosen brand has no subject.
- When creating or editing a brand, the brand creator can now set the Display Name and Reply-To Email Address to the name and email address of the alert sender.
- A button to 'Delete Group Members from System' has been added to the Group Details page for administrators with access to the new Groups Management functionality.

- Public Signup users created by the ‘Member List Upload’ process are now automatically activated at creation time.
- The ‘View’ link that appeared on the SFTP History page has been removed. You can still view by clicking either the 'Show/Hide' or 'Download' links.
- An issue has been resolved that caused the Delivery Results for a sent alert to show a failed status for unsubscribed phone numbers, rather than the reason the message was not delivered.
- Alerts and Polls that appear when viewing the History/Reports and the Dashboard pages are now limited for administrators that are locked into one or more groups. Such administrators will now only see Alerts and Polls that they or someone in a group they are a member of has sent. An administrator who has permission to override this behavior will be able to view all alerts sent by everyone.
