New Feature: IPAWS Extended Reporting

Reporting in IPAWS has been expanded to allow a historical reporting alerts.

Administrators with Alert History permission will automatically see this new feature in the Reports dropdown.  This report is Send History Overview.

This overview will show number of alerts for Endpoint, Message Type, Year, Event Code, FIPS Code, and Channel.
