      Switching Between Multiple Profiles

      If you have multiple Konexus profiles, you can choose between these profiles in the web UI or mobile app when you sign on.

      Selecting a Specific Profile

      1. Use your credentials to sign in from either the web UI or the mobile app.

      2. Users with multiple Konexus profiles will see a list of profiles. Select the correct profile.
