Creating Generic Incident Types

This article describes how to create a Generic Incident in Konexus.

Create a Generic Incident

  1. Select Incidents from the drawer menu.
  2. Select Generic Incidents from the tabs at the top of the page.
  3. Select the green plus icon in the top right-hand corner of the incidents card. Knowledge Base_Generic Incidents_Image 1
  4. After being navigated to the Create Incidents screen, a form will be shown. The only required field is the Name field.
  5. Click Save to save your Generic Incident.
