# Enable SMS for my Phone

## If you are not receiving messages from 38276 short code, you may need to contact your provider or follow instructions here for your carrier.

**Sprint **customers may be able to allow messages sent from our short code by texting the phrase Allow 38276 to 9999.

Other wireless carriers will likely need to reach out to their carrier's support group to enable "Premium" or short code messaging.
