# Set or Reset Your Login Credentials Easily

## How to set or reset your Konexus/AlertSense credentials from your work email if you can't remember your password OR through the web interface if you are logged in.

1\. Navigate to [apps.alertsense.com](http://apps.alertsense.com).

2\. Enter your email address on the login screen, and click **Next**.

3\. Here, you can click either **Trouble Logging in** or **New to Konexus**.

You should see an account credentials confirmation message. This message is to check against our database for your email.

5\. Click the link in the email, and you will be brought to a password change page.

6\. Set a username and password from here.

***Password Requirements:***

- *At least 8 characters in length*
- *At least 2 upper case and 2 lower case letters*
- *At least 2 numbers*
- *At least 1 special character (!, @, #, $, %, &, \*, etc...)*

7\. Click **Save**.

8\. You can now go back to [apps.alertsense.com](http://apps.alertsense.com) and log in to the site using the new credentials you made.

 

### **If you know your password and you are logged into the system, you can now reset your login credentials through the web interface:**

From the top right navigation, click on Account, then Change Password. Follow the Requirements and Guidelines to change your Password.
