How do I Create my Account

This article covers how to set your password and log into the Konexus system.

Prerequisites

  1. An account admin must have created an account for any users attempting to set their password for the first time.
  2. Users must know, and have access to, the email address that was used to create their account.

If you are unsure about either of the items above, please reach out to your account admin, or you can contacts our support team

Setting your password

  1. Either download the mobile or go to https://apps.alertsenses.com
  2. Enter your work email (or the email that was used to create the account) when prompted
  3. Click New to AlertSense
  4. Confirm or re-enter your email, then click Continue
    1. This will send you an email with instructions on how to create your password
    2. The link within the email will expire after 24hrs
  5. After you have set your password, return to the mobile or web application and use your email and password to login

These instructions do not apply to clients who utilize a Single Sign On integration
