Improvements and Optimizations

• iOS: 

  Resolved an issue that caused the Communication Sent page to fail to load the list of sent alerts if there was an alert in the list that failed to send.

• Both: 

  Resolved an issue that caused an alert being sent to myAlerts app users from the mobile app using a template to sometimes fail to send to those users.

• Android:

  Updated the app to comply with China's new privacy requirements

• Both:

  Resolved an issue where attachments were allowed to be added to an alert when the  template used to send the alert was created with attachments set to read only.

• iOS:

  Resolved an issue that caused the Severity Assessment field to fail to appear after selecting an incident with an assessment.
