Improvements and Optimizations
- Offline task list support has been added. This allows the user to comment on tasks and skip and complete tasks while network connection is unavailable. Such activity will be marked pending until connection is restored, at which point the task list activity will automatically be added. To enable this new experience, please contact Customer Support.

iOS: An alert with an incident set to play a loud tone that is sent to an iOS device will now play the loud tone for thirty seconds if the phone is locked. If the alert is accessed via the mobile app prior to thirty seconds, the loud tone will stop playing.
- iOS: For users whose devices have text size set to greater than 100%, searching for a location while sending an alert no longer causes the search results to overlap.
- Android: The install size of the app has been reduced by 40%.

The Send Alert form’s message section was updated to allow an image to auto-scale in size when viewing the image from a received alert. In order to make an image scalable, select and image, then click on the image from the Message editor, then while it's selected choose 'Image (banner)' from the Styles dropdown:
