The "Use default delivery settings" toggle has been removed from the Delivery Method section of the Create Alert and Create Poll views.
- In order to comply with FCC regulations, changes have been made to the Create Alert and Create Poll forms. Agencies with this new feature* will notice the following changes:
- Create Alert and Create Poll forms must now contain either an Incident field or a Priority field:
- Incident field: an incident must be selected in order to send the Alert or Poll.
- Priority field: the Priority defaults to "Non-Emergency".
- Create Alert and Create Poll forms must now contain either an Incident field or a Priority field:

- Changes to either Priority or Incident may affect Delivery Method selections.
- Emergency Telephone Notification (ETN) Alerts require a Priority value of "Emergency". If "Non-Emergency" is selected for an ETN Alert, the ETN delivery method will be automatically deselected and the user will be shown a message:
