Improvements and Optimizations
- The help message that appears when a person who had previously texted a keyword and a zip code to our short code has been updated to comply with new industry standards and anti-spam regulations. The message that appears when a user texts 'Help' is based on whether the client is using our branding feature.
- With branding, the default brand name will be used in the help message. The help message will look similar to this:

When a person replies to a poll via SMS with an invalid poll option, a text message will now be sent to inform them that the response is invalid so they can reply with a new poll option.

When a new contact is manually created and the ‘User Type’ is ‘Public’, an associated Public Signup record will automatically be created.
