Resolved an issue on the Contacts page where the ‘Account Last Updated’ value sometimes appeared as an unidentifiable string, rather than the username.
- A new field, ‘Recommended Instructions’, was added to the WEA section of the ‘Create Public Message’ form. In Apple iOS version 17, support will be added to allow iPhone users to view additional instructions if they were added while creating a WEA message.
- The ability to send voice alerts using 'Priority Voice' is now available on the Send Alert and Send Poll forms for administrators that have the required permissions. The 'Priority Voice' feature was previously available on our legacy alert form. When 'Priority Voice' is used to send an alert, and a call is not answered, a call will be made to the phone type that is next in the priority list. The 'Priority Voice' feature allows an alert sender to choose to call recipients based on their preferred type of phone call (cell, business, or home phone). Alternately, an alert sender can override recipients' preferred priority and choose the order in which calls are made.
- 'Workflow Polling' is now available on the Send Poll form for administrators that have the required permissions. The 'Workflow Polling' feature was previously available on our legacy poll form. 'Workflow Polling' allows a sender to create a poll that will retry voice calls for either a limited duration of time or for a maximum number of attempts.
