Improvements and Optimizations

• The Summary section of the Alert Details page has been improved with the addition of delivery method icons. This enhancement allows alert senders to easily identify the channels used when sending the alert.                                                                                                     

• Fixed an issue on the History/Reports page that prevented incidents from filtering properly.
