Release 24.47.0 - Release Candidate (June 27, 2024)

Improvements and Optimizations

• • When a public citizen texts STOP to opt out of receiving future text alert notifications, all brands that they are associated with will appear in the opt message they receive in response.

  • Administrators can now define the order in which task list templates are listed within a task list template folder.

Release 24.46.0 - Release Candidate (June 25, 2024)

Improvements and Optimizations

• • An issue was fixed that prevented Facebook page names from appearing the on the Alert Details page of a sent alert.
  • The pie chart labels on the Alert Details page have been updated for sent alerts that include email, SMS, or voice channels to indicate that an alert was not sent to a subset of contacts because they were unsubscribed at the time the alert was sent.

Release 24.45.0 - Release Candidate (June 20, 2024)

Improvements and Optimizations

• • An error was resolved on the Unsubscribe Report page that could have resulted in an error message being displayed when viewing SMS details.
  • A misspelling on the confirmation page that appears after unsubscribing via an email has been corrected. In addition, the logo that appears in the email after the user has unsubscribed has been updated in some cases.

• • When managing an Internal Contact, the Agency/Business field can now be auto-populated with suggested values from other contacts in the system.

Release 24.43.0 - Release Candidate (June 13, 2024)

Improvements and Optimizations

• • IPAWS - A new 'Sent History Overview' page was added to display an overview of the Sent History for an Agency. The overview includes a summary of messages sent by Year, Alert Type, Event Code, FIPS Code, IPAWS Endpoint, and Channel.
  • Names of active Facebook account pages are now visible from the Social Media Accounts page.
  • The labels have changed for some of the Internal Members permissions appearing on the Edit Role page.

Release 24.42.0 - Release Candidate (June 10, 2024)

Improvements and Optimizations

• • A new 'Unsubscribed Report' page has been added for administrators with the proper permissions. Details include Voice, SMS, and Email information for contacts who unsubscribed after receiving an alert.
    • This information is also available from a sent alert’s Alert Details page. 

Release 24.41.0 - Release Candidate (June 6, 2024)

Improvements and Optimizations

• • The Social Media section of the Template form has been updated to include an informational message regarding weather integrations.

  • Public users with valid addresses added via the Member List Upload process can now be geocoded by administrators with the appropriate permission.

• • Profile Update Reminder alerts are no longer accessible from the History/Reports page. These alerts are still accessible from the Profile Reminder Status page.
