Improvements and Optimizations

• Both: 

  When sending an alert using an alert template with customized text, voice, and social media messages, then overriding the alert message, alert sender will now be able to decide whether to use the customized message from the template or the new message. For each message that had been customized on the chosen template, the user will be given a choice to choose the message from the template or the new message.

• Both:

  When sending an alert where the Priority field is present on the form or template, the Priority can now be changed (unless set to Read Only). When the Incident field is present, the Incident's priority takes precedence.
