Release v22.11.0 - May 26, 2022

Product Updates for May 26, 2022

Improvements and Optimizations

  • Resolved an issue where users were not being prevented from scheduling certain types of alerts that are not allowed. Rules around scheduling alerts were simplified and have been applied when scheduling an alert.

    • Alerts targeting White and Yellow Pages or E911 may no longer be scheduled.

    • Public alerts with a priority of emergency may not be scheduled, including myAlerts app users.

    • Internal alerts can still be scheduled regardless of priority.

  • Resolved an issue that prevented embedded Public Signup form links from opening.

  • Resolved an issue that was preventing the location address from saving while creating a new contact on the Internal Member Details page.

  • Resolved an issue that was preventing severity assessment questions and responses from appearing in emails sent for an alert.

  • Area Description was added to weather alert emails that were sent as a result of a weather event reported by the National Weather Service.
  • Resolved an issue that made it appear as though a weather alert had been sent to a client when that was not the case. This occurred on occasion when the polygon overlapped more than one tenant across two states, and the same town name existed in both states.
