Improvements and Optimizations
- Text was changed on the Public Signup form to add clarity, so citizens can more easily understand how to add their current location to the Public Signup form.
- Text was added on the Public Signup form next to the Cell Phone 2/Pager cell field to inform citizen that phone numbers entered in the Cell Phone 2/Pager will only receive text messages. The same text change was added to the Internal Member Details page.

Resolved an issue that was causing an error message to appear for some users when the ‘Add link to message’ checkbox was clicked.
