      Improvements and Optimizations

      • A message was added to the Public Signup form informing citizens that email or cell phone values are required when such information was not provided while signing up for weather alerts.
      • Resolved an issue that was causing links to be reused for alerts that were triggered by an automated weather integration when the associated template had the ‘Add link to message’ checkbox checked.
      • Resolved an issue that caused an alert being sent to myAlerts app users from the web app using a template to sometimes fail to send to those users.
