Resolved an issue that caused recipient counts to fail be returned when creating a shape on a map when the map had an exceptionally high number of points.
The weather zones we use to send weather alerts have been updated with the latest weather zones from the National Weather Service.
The ability to save a template while creating an alert has been added to the Send Alert form.
