New Feature - Unsubscribe Report

This new report will allow Administrators with certain permissions to have an easily viewable list of recipients who have unsubscribed.

Sending alerts is important.  Hand in hand with that is to know how your message is being received and if recipients have chosen to longer receive these alerts for some reason.  There is a new report available to Administrators with certain permissions to see these results in a logical way.

To access the report, click on Unsubscribe Report on the left navigation:

The report has filters to allow Administrators to view data on certain parameters like voice, SMS, email or AlertID.

Unsubscribe Report

The report will show:

  • Email or phone that Unsubscribed
  • Reason Unsubscribed
    • User Initiated - the recipient unsubscribed with the method available
    • Admin Initiated - the recipient was unsubscribed by the agency, possibly due to a phone call or other contact with the recipient
    • Email Bounced - the system automatically unsubscribed the recipient due to multiple failed deliveries
    • Email Complaint - the recipient submitted the received email to their provider as Junk or Spam
  • Unsubscribed Date
  • Alert ID of the message in which the recipient unsubscribed
  • Clicking the Alert ID on the report will direct to the Alert History of the message that was sent

Unsubscribed Delivery

SMS and Voice reasons will simply show as Unsubscribed.
