Administrators can join one or more sessions for the training that most fits your needs.
Click the link to register for one or more of the events below. These meetings, apart from the full overview, will be limited to 30 minutes. The full overview is 1 hour.
Training Sessions 2025
IPAWS - this training will highlight best practices, upcoming features and changes to IPAWS as well as an overview of the system - recommended for new and established tenants - held on the 1st Tuesday of the month at 11:30 am ET.
Administrator Functionality - this session will focus on administrative functions such as Role Management, Administrators, Integrations, Managing Groups and Contacts, and Branding - held on the 4th Friday of the month at 12pm ET.
Internal Notification - will focus on Internal Notification tips, tricks, and general overview - held on the 3rd Monday of the month at 2pm ET.
Public Notification - will focus on public notification with and without a geo-targeted area, public subscribers and groups, keywords, and sending alerts to public groups - held on the 3rd Wednesday of the month at 1pm ET.
