      Weather Alert Improvements

      We're excited to announce upgrades to our Automated Weather Alerting capabilities. These upgrades are designed to provide better visibility to the Alert sending process while providing an improved messaging experience for recipients.

      Automated Weather Alert improvements will begin rolling out to early adopters on February 27th and be rolled out to remaining clients between March 10th and 14th.

      Complete Alert Visibility
      Weather Alerts now appear seamlessly in your alert history reports giving you a comprehensive view of all Alerts in one place.

      The improved Weather Alert history includes a more detailed map and breakdown of delivery status for each targeted channel.

      Mobile-Optimized Alert Access
      Text messages include convenient shortened links to dedicated weather alert pages, allowing recipients to view additional details provided by the National Weather Service.

      Rich, Informative Email Alerts
      Our redesigned Weather Alert emails deliver more comprehensive weather information with improved formatting, making critical details easier to understand.
