      How can I send a survey to group of recipients?

      Surveys can be used to collect information from alert recipients.

      Recipient surveys can be used to gather detailed information from many users. Recipients will receive a link to the survey through email or the mobile application prompting them to complete the survey.

      How to send a recipient survey

      1. Create a survey template.
      2. Activate the survey template.
      3. Add the survey the an alert template using the Survey field.
