The link to set up my account has expired, what do I do?
Account invitation emails expire after 24 hours. The good news is, you can have one resent to you. Follow the instructions here to resend the email to set up your credentials.
The system does not recognize my email, what do I do?
Chances are you have not been added to the Konexus platform by your administrator yet. Please check with your admin, manager, or internal help desk.
